Individual results may vary. Hypothetical patient results are based on 4 randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, parallel-group studies including type IIb patients (N=242) with the following mean baseline lipid values: Total-C 312.8 mg/dL; LDL-C 219.8 mg/dL; HDL-C 46.7 mg/dL; and TG 231.9 mg/dL. Patients were randomized to either fenofibrate (n=126) at a dose equivalent to 145 mg TriCor per day or placebo (n=116). Duration of study treatment was 3 to 6 months. P<0.05 vs placebo. (1)
